Every slot is evaluated against 8 real-time OpenWeather data points, checked against your custom thresholds. Mark any parameter as "critical" — one breach cancels the slot immediately.
When a slot is cancelled due to weather, it is immediately removed from the booking widget — customers can no longer select it. Non-critical breaches move the slot to weather risk status, visually flagged in the widget. When conditions improve, the slot returns to available automatically.
Set a maximum sustained wind speed for your activity. When the threshold is exceeded, the slot is flagged instantly.
Peak gusts are often more dangerous than average wind. Set a separate gust threshold to catch sudden dangerous spikes.
For activities where wind direction matters — sailing, kite surfing — define an allowed direction window.
Set the maximum acceptable precipitation probability. Perfect for climbing, hiking, or any activity where wet conditions create risk.
Minimum visibility threshold. Critical for aviation activities, coastal tours, or any operation requiring clear sight lines.
